How can I find the status of my order?
Ready to elevate your lifestyle as soon as possible? We get it! An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been processed which will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
How do I make a return?

Having trouble with your credit card information at checkout?
If you've received an error message at checkout related to a credit authorization error, remember to make sure everything is spelled correctly as far as your mailing address, make sure it includes the full address/everything necessary for successful and safe shipping, try re-entering your CVN/security code, and be sure you're using a valid non-expired credit card. Does The Meraki Matrix test on animals?
Never. The Meraki Matrix is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals and we do not allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf.
Is The Meraki Matrix vegan?
We never test products or ingredients on animals and we do not allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf, however the Meraki Matrix is not a fully vegan line. Some products may contain ingredients of animal origin such as beeswax so please remember to check our product descriptions for more information on specific products.
What is the shelf life of Meraki Matrix skincare and cosmetics?
Shelf life ranges by product. We take your health and safety very seriously and our Quality Control Team prioritizes that we do our best to deliver fresh, up-to-date products with high quality ingredients. Remember to check our product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing and consult your physician before use - especially if your are nursing or pregnant or if you have any allergies.
Is the jewelry made of real gold and silver? How is the quality?
The jewelry in our collection is high quality costume jewelry that can feature sterling silver, 18K or 24K gold plating, and more.
